All applicants irrespective of whether they meet our criteria or not will have the opportunity to win an e-learning scratch card through which they can access, download and be trained on any one of over 500 courses under our Bringing E-Skills To Africa (BETA) initiative.
ESDP Scholarship Application Process
Eligibility
The following categories of people are eligible for the scholarship scheme;
- B.Sc Degree Holders
- HND Degree Holders
- OND/NCE Holders
- Final Year students of higher institutions of learning
Participants are required to complete the application form and submit their accurate details online; after which they will automatically obtain a unique ID No. To validate the application, participants will be required to pay N3,500 into any of these designated Workforce Management Centre accounts:

- Bank PHB ---- (A/c : 016109000016)
When making payments, participants are also required to write their unique ID after their name on the bank teller for verification purposes.
The first 1,000 applicants will receive E-learning Scratch Cards that give access to over 500 of the highest quality certification level IT & Professional Courses. Selected recipients will be contacted in due course.
Short listed applicants will be invited for the screening process and based on performance will be given full scholarship to attend the Programme.
After graduation, participants will go through an assessment centre and the top 3 exceptional candidates will win the following prizes;
- 1st prize: Full scholarship for a Management Programme at Harvard Business School, United States of America
- 2nd prize: Full scholarship for a Management Programme at Wits Business School, a leading South Africa Business School
- 3rd prize: Full scholarship for a Management Programme at Lagos Business School
There is also the possibility of immediate job placement for the top 100 exceptional candidates, courtesy of our partner organisations.
