About ESDP

Workforce Employability Skills Development programme (ESDP) is a unique programme designed for the benefits of both potential employees and employers of labour in Nigeria.

For potential employees/graduates, the ESDP is a 120 hour perception expanding programme that is delivered in a practical manner with full set teaching and learning materials and other resources like training DVDs and case studies provided to ensure maximum value is impacted on participants who attend the programme. The programme is designed to develop individuals by providing the fundamental skills, knowledge, attitudes, behaviours and tools required to secure employment and thrive in the place of work.

For employers of labour, the ESDP provides the opportunity to attract and employ ambitious, talented and employment ready graduates.

ESDP Track Record

ESDP commenced in August 2007, and has already gained a reputation for excellence in graduate training, graduate development and graduate recruitment.

Employers and graduates on the programme have expressed immense satisfaction on how the programme has added real value to their businesses and careers alike.

More than 300 graduates have already completed the course at our Learning Centre with thousands more indicating strong interest to participate in this unique programme. The Workforce Employability initiative has been commended by employers who have had the opportunity to recruit graduates from the programme because of the significant high level of employability skills demonstrated by these graduates while discharging their duties in comparison to their peers who did not go through our Employability Skills Development programme.
